PUBLIC HEARINGS/GENERAL BUSINESS
2 25-0066 Consider Potential Modifications to Relocation Assistance Requirements for Sunnyvale Municipal Code Chapter 19.71 Residential Tenant Protections Programs and Provide Direction to Staff Affordable Housing Manager, Ernie DeFrenchi, gave the staff presentation.
After a lengthy discussion, Chair Duncan opened and closed the Public Hearing at 7:33 p.m.
Commissioner Steward moved and Vice Chair Weiss seconded the motion to direct staff to return to Council with an Ordinance to amend SMC Chapter 19.71:
