2. 24-1068 Review Annual Code of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials
The Personnel Board acknowledged reviewing the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials.
3. 24-1093 Selection of Chair and Vice Chair
Board Secretary and Director of Human Resources, Tina Murphy and Personnel Board Legal Counsel, Marc Zafferano described the roles and responsibilities of Chair and Vice Chair. Board Secretary, Tina Murphy opened the floor for nominations for Chair and Vice Chair.
Board member Lesher nominated himself as Vice Chair to the Personnel Board.
Board member Lesher accepted his nomination. No further nominations were presented.
Board member Vickery nominated Board member Ketzel as Chair. Board member Ketzel declined the nomination.
Board member Vickery nominated Board member Johnson as Chair. Board member Johnson accepted the nomination. No further nominations were presented.
With no further nominations, Board Secretary, Tina Murphy closed the open hearing for nominations.
The Personnel Board voted to elect Board member Johnson as Chair and Board member Lesher as Vice Chair to the Personnel Board as follows:
