24-1230 Annual Review of Code of Ethics for Elected and Appointed Officials
Christina Raby, Interim Environmental Programs Manager, noted there were two updates to the 2024 Code of Ethics. The first update was made to Section B:
Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials, related to remote public comment during the “Oral Communications” portion of a public meeting. The second update was made to Section C: Sanctions, pertaining to the “Public Disruptions” portion of the Code.
Chair Veitch opened the public hearing.
No public comments were made.
Chair Veitch closed the public hearing.
Commissioner Kunz moved, and Commissioner Jansen seconded, a motion declaring Commissioners have read and will abide by the rules of the Code of Ethics. The motion carried by the following vote:
