David,
I hope this reaches you before you talk to the Council.
I missed two meetings. On one occasion I got busy with a project and when I looked at the calendar I saw that there was a meeting, It was 9 PM when I saw this. I was devastated.
The second missed meeting was a meeting where the materials and date of the meeting where sent but instead of arriving in my in box it went to spam. When I found out about this i Called Jennell and asked what had happened to the meeting materials.
The meeting dates are hard to keep track of. They usually occur on Wednesdays but the dates are changed from time to time and on other occasions the meetings are canceled.
I thought I was doing a good job. I always came prepared. I enjoyed the work and felt I was making a contribution.
