Oversized Shipping Fee: Orders with items 94” or greater in length will be charged a $250 NET fee
Call Before Delivery: Orders that require call before delivery services will have a $30 NET fee
Payment Terms: 1% 10, net 30
Installation: Must be listed as a separate line item on quotes & PO’s. Non-union rate 12% of net
Union rate 22% of net
Prevailing wage (where applicable)
Design Services: Must be listed as a separate line item on quotes & PO’s. $55 - $85 per hour
Quotes: All quotes/quote requests must clearly state “OMNIA/NCPA Contract No. 07-127”.
Purchase Orders: PO’s may be made out to a Versteel Authorized Dealer or Versteel. All PO’s must clearly state “OMNIA/NCPA Contract No. 07-127”. Versteel & Dealer quotes must accompany PO’s.
Note to Authorized Dealers: Dealer PO’s to Versteel must be at end user pricing. Customer PO’s must be submitted with order.
