CALL TO ORDER
Personnel Board Chair Johnson called the meeting to order at 5 p.m.in the Redwood Conference Room at Sunnyvale City Hall.

2. 25-0870 Annual Review of the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials
The Personnel Board acknowledged reviewing the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials. Board Secretary Murphy received feedback from the Personnel Board. Discussion on attendance for council members and board members and censorship and conduct specific to social media was raised. Chair Johnson suggested that the Social Media Policy for the City of Sunnyvale be clear that when anyone connected to City government identifies their city government role - elected, staff or otherwise - in their account, the account needs to comply with City conduct rules.
