The new development should have at least two open ( not garage) spots per dwelling unit ( separate for ADU / SFR/ Townhome unit). People have tendency to use garage as storage and park on the street. Currently, every weeknight and especially Fri and Sat, all parking spots on Deguigne Drive are taken, and it is hard for guests to park. It results in illegal parking in handicap spots, etc. with calls to Sunnyvale police diverting important resources away from more important job of preventing serious crime.
