What new information about your After serving four years on the Arts Comm ission, I have developed qualifications would you like a deeper under standing of its goa ls and operat ions . During this Council to know? t ime, I have also strengthened my commun ication and collaborat ion skills.
Looking ahead , I would like the Comm ission to more clearly outline the pros and cons of each artist propo sal presented to the City Counci l. Addit ionally , I encourage cont inued efforts to find mean ingful ways to inco rporate performance art into the Commis sion 's work.

Serving on the Arts Commission has been both rewarding and enjoyable. When walking or driving around Sunnyvale, it is a pleasure to see completed public art projects that have come before the Commission. It is especially satisfying to witness the community's engagement with and connection to the artwork.
