THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION .. 1. AMENDMENT OF PRECIS' E. ZONING PLAN. The Precise zoning Plan, Zoning Districts Map, City of Sunnyvale, be( ng Section
19. 16. 070 of. Chapter 19. 16 of Title 19 of th~ Sunnyvale Municipal Code, hereby is amended in· order . to include c· ertain. property within the C- H { Commercial Historic) District; which property is presently zoned C- 3/ PD { Regional Business/ Planned Development) District. The location of said property is set forth on the scale drawing attached hereto as Exhibit " A".
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE •. · This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty { 30) days from and · after the date of its adoption.
SECTION 3. PUBLICATION. The City Clerk is dir. ected to cause a copy of this ordinance to be published at. least once within fifteen 15) days after its adoption in the Valley Jo~ rnal, the official newspaper of the City of Sunnyvale.
