Member Chang called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.

PUBLIC HEARING/GENERAL BUSINESS
Angela Chan, staff liaison for the program, presented . Highlights included: Review of the 2026 CENGP program, summary of fall grant cycle allocation, and the summary of spring grant cycle applications.
Member Srinivasan moved and Member Le seconded the motion to approve staff recommendation and recommend funding as outlined in the staff presentation tables for slides 9 and 11.
Member Chang voted yes, with abstention regarding the Society of Heart's Delight, due to personal affiliations with individuals associated with the group.
No public comments were received during the public hearing.
