Project Description/Scope/Purpose
Implementation of replacement recreation management system used by LRS and the public of an off-the-shelf, turn-key configurable recreation management software which will include the ability for recreation program registration and payment as well as facility rental management processing, run standard reports, and the ability to interface on handheld mobile devices.
RFP F25-093
Project Evaluation and Analysis
The City has outgrown its current recreation management software, which no longer meets contemporary standards for usability for both front-end and back-end users. The software lacks adequate functionality and upgradability, leading staff to rely on manual workarounds to access system features and generate reports. Furthermore, the existing software is unable to accommodate essential needs, such as mobile accessibility.
Fiscal Impact
$293,939 available in replacements funds - additional funding may be required after the RFP process. Current operational cost is $11,730, which might change after the replacement.
Funding Sources
