x This feed can be selected from one of the available cameras in those spaces. x The selected camera feed will be treated as a separate input into the main broadcast system. x Only one room can be broadcast at a time: Redwood, Bay A, Bay B, or the combined Bay Room. x Other existing AV signals from Bay and Redwood will not be able to be broadcast. x The ability to mute and unmute audio from Chambers/Bay/Redwood is included. The Extron device included allows the user to only hear chambers over broadcast, or Bay or Redwood. o Alternate listed below to integrate Extron processor that will allow user to hear and toggle audio on/off from more than one room simultaneously. x Ability to send one input from Bay A, Bay B, Bay Combined or Redwood to presentation button in the AV Control room. This would be controlled via a 5” Extron control panel.

Cable Management
x Extron device will reside in small rack on control room table. x Cabling from the Redwood and Bay cameras will be routed to a new Blackmagic Design router located in the main equipment rack. From there, cabling will be extended to the small rack located at the control room table.
