Mayor McCourt requested a reminder as to why we are replacing the existing structure instead of adding a new bathroom on the other end of the park to which Mr. Newton responded funding limitations.
Mayor McCourt stated that he does not want to stall this project but, perhaps explore the option of placing this bathroom unit in the area where the abandoned bathroom structure is.
