Mayor McCourt called the meeting to order at 9:00am.

Moved by Herrera; seconded by Brown to approve.
Motion Carried: 5 - 0

The Council convened in closed session at 9:01am to discuss the following:

Mr. Newton stated that direction was provided to staff with no reportable action taken.
