The City Council convened in closed session at 2:01PM to discuss the items below.

B. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation - pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(e)(1)

The Council reconvened in open session at 5:17PM

Dan Newton, City Manager, stated that prior to meeting in closed session, the council approved the agenda as presented.

Mr. Newton stated that no reportable action was taken, but direction was provided to staff.
