9.A. Consider Resolution No. 26-6573, authorizing the Finance Director to amend the FY 26/27 budget with an increase to the Streets RMRA Fund 2005 in the amount of $230,000 for the purchase of two dump trucks with snowplows.
9.B. Consider Resolution No. 26-6576, authorizing the Acting City Manager to execute standard agreement with the State of California Office of Traffic Safety Selective Traffic 2 Enforcement Program (STEP) and accepting $43,750.00 in grant funding.
9.C. Consider Resolution No. 26-6578, awarding bid to Mattingly Construction for the 2026 Pat Murphy Little League Field Bathroom Project, Project No. 26-03 and amending the project budget.
9.D. Consider Resolution No. 26-6579, awarding bid to Jason Colbert Construction, Inc. for the 2026 Lassen Historic Museum Roof Replacement Project, Project No. 26-04
