MONTHLY REPORT FOR KERN COUNTY FIRE STATION NO. 21- OCTOBER 2025 Recommendation - Receive and file the monthly report for October 2025 from Kern County Fire Station No. 21 and find that the activity is not a project per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as set forth in Section 15060(c)(3) and Section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.
10. APPLICATION TO THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT NEW
ALTERNATIVE FUEL VEHICLE PURCHASE GRANT PROGRAM
Recommendation - Motion to adopt a resolution entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAFT APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION TO
THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT PUBLIC BENEFIT
GRANTS PROGRAM UNDER THE NEW ALTERNATIVE FUEL VEHICLE PURCHASE
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS (Resolution No. 4324-25) and find that the activity is not a project per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as set forth in Section 15060(c)(3) and Section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines.
11. CANCELLATION OF JANUARY 6, 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING Recommendation - Motion to approve the cancellation of the January 06, 2026 City Council Meeting.
