Visitor’s Business – Paul Fruend will be present to explain and answer questions. • Authorize City Administrator to contractually bind the City of Tehama and authorize the Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency to submit a regional application and act as Lead Agency on behalf of the City and to execute all documents necessary to implement the project under the SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program.
• Bill Borror will update the council on the Groundwater Plan charges to water users.

• Minutes of January 11, 2022, council meeting; Payment of January bills; January finance report • Adopt Resolution 2022-1 – Making findings and determinations under AB 361 for the continuation of virtual meetings.
