Adopt Consent Agenda – action
• Approve minutes of August 9 & 23, 2022, council meetings; payment of August bills; August finance report
• Adopt Resolution 2022-9-1 – Making findings and determinations under AB 361 for the continuation of virtual meetings.

• Adopt Resolution 2022-9-2 – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEHAMA AUTHORIZING THE
GRANT APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION FOR THE ADDITION OF NEW WELL • RFQ for Engineer – authorize Steffan to set up committee to review RFQ’s, make selection and recommendation to council.
