Planning Commission / Council
• Encroachment Permit request from Mark O’Harra to extend existing driveway to edge of roadway.
Tehama regulations permit 24’ maximum width and his existing driveway is 32’.
Adopt Consent Agenda – action
• Approve minutes of Jan.10, 2023 council meeting; payment of January bills; January finance report Engineer’s Reports –information / updates
• Park project update
• Approve +$25,000 Covid funds to be used for crack sealing of various city streets-authorize city clerk and engineer to carry out project requirements. Steffan has submitted the PPR(project programming request) and finance letter.

• Trailer 650 Tehama Ave.
• New Well update.
• Set date for Community Transportation Plan public meeting for input.

• Form 700’s due on or before April 1.
• Adopt City of Tehama Covid-19 Prevention Program
• Request for letter of support from Red Bluff Councilman for an Amtrak station in the City of Red Bluff. • Status of Cavalier and 2nd St. rentals
