City of Tehama Community Transportation Plan
• Green Dot (Jeff Schwein) will present the Draft Community Transportation Plan and ask for comments. • Public review meeting will be Thursday, May 18, at 6PM at Museum Annex.
Public Hearing
• Weed Abatement Hearing – hear any objections or comments. Approve list of lots to be abated.
Adopt Consent Agenda – action
• Approve minutes of April 11, 2023 council meeting; payment of April bills; April finance report Engineer’s Reports –information / updates
• Park project; E. Gyle repairs/mitigation; Crack sealing project; B St. Project; New Well Old Business-action / /information
• Belbeck monument has been inscribed.
• Approve Resolution 2023-5-1: RESOLUTION ADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL VEAR 2023-24 FUNDED BY SB 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 - correction of a date in the resolution.
New Business – action / information
• Waive reading and introduce Ordinance 197, Zoning.
