Adopt Consent Agenda – action
• Approve minutes of May 9, 2023 council meeting; payment of May bills; May finance report Engineer’s Reports –information / updates / action
• Park project; E. Gyle repairs/mitigation; Crack sealing project; B St. Project; New Well • Authorize City Clerk and Engineer to execute all required documents for all projects requiring engineering services – action to approve.
• Increase in hourly rates for engineering services – action to approve.
Old Business-action / /information
• City of Tehama Community Transportation Plan – additional comments and updates. • Waive reading and adopt Ordinance 197, Zoning.
New Business – action
• Adopt Resolution 2023-6-1 – Accepting the grant of an easement to extend North B St. • Adopt Resolution 2023-8-2 – Authorizing the City Clerk, Engineer, Mayor to sign Cal Trans Documents • Appoint Gale Morgan as Alternate Director to CIRA (JPA) for insurance.
