This will be a joint meeting of the Tehama County Board of Supervisors, the Red Bluff, Corning, Tehama City Councils at the County Administrative building at 727 Oak Street, Red Bluff.

10 YEAR PLAN TO END HOMELESSNESS
This special joint-session meeting was requested by the Tehama County Continuum of Care to present the updated 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness to the local governing bodies and discuss other relevant homelessness issues. A similar meeting was held in 2018.
Joint Study Session of the Tehama County Board of Supervisors and city councils from Corning, Tehama and Red Bluff on the topic of addressing homelessness. The main purpose of the session will be to present the draft of the Update to the 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness to the boards to get their feedback before the plan is finalized, but it is also planned to include short reports on related topics, including the 2023 Point in Time Count, updates on projects currently in progress, and information on upcoming funding opportunities. Time is reserved on the agenda for each jurisdiction to share on their plans and efforts around addressing homelessness.
