• Joint meeting of supervisors and councils on homeless plan-approve use of city allocation of $56,348 for path shelter and authorize City Clerk to sign any documents.

• Approve contract with Placeworks to prepare 7th Cycle Housing Element for $25,525 and authorize City Clerk/Administrator to sign contract..
