Public Hearing – Placement of delinquent water fees as liens on two properties. • Hear any objections to placing delinquent water accounts as liens on two properties. • Adopt resolution 2024-3-2 , A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEHAMA AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD RESOLUTION NO. 2024-3-2 AND NOTICE OF LIEN IN THE AMOUNT OF $443.46 FOR
DELINQUENT AND UNCOLLECTED WATER FEES ON THE PROPERTY LISTED ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT “A”.
