Hearing – Public meeting for discussion of possible state CDBG Application Adopt Consent Agenda – action.
• Approve minutes of June 9, 2026, council meeting; payment of June bills and finance report.

• Street Project- Traffic Calming and Safety Improvements Regular Business – Action/information
• Approve project and Exempt CEQA environmental
• Approve consultant to apply for and administer CDBG Program Income Funds. • Nuisance Abatement Actions-status of property/vehicle abatements • Place liens for past due water bills on two properties -531 4th St. and 751 5th St. • Approve CPI increase of 2.8% for employees
• Water rate increase effective July 1 per Proposition 218 process-Base rate 88c, 1000 gal 1c • Approve hourly rates for Engineering services – approximately 3% • Adopt policies: Title I, Reasonable Accommodation, Vehicle Use • Letter of support: Regrowing Lassen
• City served with blanket govt. claim – rejected.
