• Adopt Resolution 2026-10-1-A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEHAMA AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT RVISED WATER EFFICIENT LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS AND ALIGN WITH CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS TITLE 23, SECTION 493.2(D) • Introduce Ordinance 201 by reading of title-AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEHAMA AMENDING CHAPTER 8
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT REVISED WATER EFICIENT LANDSCAPE REGULATONS AND ALIGN WITH CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS TITLE 23, SECTION 493.2(D) • Introduce Ordinance 202 by reading of title -AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEHAMA ADDING CHAPTER 8.15 TO Title 9 of the Tehama City Municipal code prohibiting illegal dumping and providing for abatement • Air B&B update
