ROLL CALL: Mayor Pro Tern Zak Schwank and Council Member Jessica Alexander PUBLIC COMMENTS - None
COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Temecula Resort and Spa Development — Presentation by applicant of project changes made since first submittal, provided site data in terms of rooms, parking, etc. Shared elevations, floor plans, renderings and amenities of the project which included pool, wedding area, and dog park. Discussion and general direction only.
2. Front Street Trail from Temecula Parkway to Rancho California — Staff provided information on upcoming trail projects. Discussion on needs for trail connections and a better and safer way to get residents/hotel guests to Old Town.
3. Old Town Local Review Board 'Mission and Membership Discussion — Item was postponed to a future meeting due to time constraints.
4. Old Town Specific Plan Amendment (item taken third) — Presentation by City staff with revisions to development and land use standards within the specific plan as a result of feedback from the development community and staff. Discussion and general direction only.
