COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Temecula Resort and Spa Development — Presentation by staff of project and how it relates to the Old Town Specific Plan. Shared site plan, elevations, and renderings.
Discussion and general direction only.
2. Old Town Local Review Board Review Board Reorganization — Presentation by staff which included the current role and history of the OTLRB, the need for a reorganization, a proposal for the make-up of a future Board including the number of members, the vision of the Board, a funding source for the goals of the Board, and the overall role of the Board. Discussion and general direction with a request to return to the Steering Committee at a future date for further discussion
