COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Temecula Elementary School (TES) Pool Update — Staff informed the subcommittee the TES pool is anticipated to be drained and no longer maintained by the city. The pool is not City property and programming from former use of this pool has been reallocated to the Margarita Recreation Center Pool.
2. Naming of Margarita Dog Park (as the request of Council Member Schwank) — The subcommittee requests for staff to generate names for the new dog park on Margarita via Parks and Rec social media, and to later bring forth potential titles to the Public Recognitions Ad Hoc Subcommittee.
3. Park Portable Restrooms Update — At the request of the subcommittee, staff have and are continuing to research temporary and permanent solutions for park restroom accessibility, costs, needs and logistics.
