COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. New Year's Eve Event Planning Update—Staff shared an update on the event planning for the New Year's Eve Grape Drop drone show and proposed a new timeline for the event schedule as well as sought guidance on equipment preference. Subcommittee was in favor of the new event timeline as well as keeping the crane for equipment use.
2. Long Canyon Creek Skate Park Update—Staff provided an update on the Long Canyon Creek Skate Park and requested feedback on the proposed artwork for the skate module as well as requested guidance on the Grand Opening date. Subcommittee was in favor of making the eagle more patriotic and removing the cactus from proposed artwork and recommended a weekend rather than a weekday for the Grand Opening date.
3. Community Services Class Healthy Temecula Update—Staff provided an update on the new program Thrive Temecula and Subcommittee was supportive of the programming.
