COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Discuss Conditions of Approval for Nicolas Heights Splash Pad—Staff provided an overview of the Nicolas Heights Splash Pad, including current hours of operations. Subcommittee has requested a follow-up meeting with the Nicolas Heights Homeowner's Association, Rancho California Water District, and staff to discuss reasonable hours of operation moving forward.
2. Review 2026 Fourth of July Events — Staff provided a recap of the Fourth of July events and received feedback from the Subcommittee.
