Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember - Chen, Man and Sternquist (arrived at 6:35 p.m.), Yu, and Chavez
ABSENT: Councilmember - None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, and City Clerk Kuo
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None
4. CLOSED SESSION
- A. Purpose: Employee Performance Evaluation

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:33 p.m. City Council reconvened with all members present at 7:23 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item A, "Employee Performance Evaluation". There is no reportable action.
