1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember - Chen, Man and Sternquist, Yu (arrived at 6:40 p.m.), and Chavez
ABSENT: Councilmember - None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, and City Clerk Kuo Councilmember Man made a motion to excuse Mayor Pro Tem Yu, seconded by Councilmember Chen. Mayor Pro Tem Yu arrived at 6:40 p.m. - 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS - None
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Employee Performance Evaluation
Title: City Manager
Authority: Government Code Section 54957
Representatives: City Council
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:37 p.m. City Council reconvened with all members present at 7:26 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item A, "Employee Performance Evaluation". There is no reportable action.
