1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. in the City Hall Conference Room located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember – Chen, Man, Sternquist, Yu and Chavez ABSENT: Councilmember – None
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Murphy and City Clerk Kuo
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS – None
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Employee Performance Evaluation
Title: City Manager
Authority: Government Code Section 54957
Representatives: City Council
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:36 p.m. City Council reconvened with all members present at 7:25 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item A, “Employee Performance Evaluation”. There is no reportable action and the matter is continued to the next meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
