1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chavez called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember – Chen, Sternquist, Yu, Chavez
ABSENT: Councilmember – Man
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, and City Clerk Kuo Councilmember Sternquist made a motion to excuse Councilmember Man. Seconded by Councilmember Chen.

4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Employee Performance Evaluation

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:30 p.m. City Council reconvened with all members present at 7:15 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item A, “Employee Performance Evaluation”. City Council directed the City Attorney to agendize a salary adjustment discussion to take place in open session at the next regular City Council meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
