1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Man called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 7:04 a.m. in the City Hall Community Room located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.

PRESENT: Councilmember - Chavez, Chen, Yu, Man
ABSENT: Mayor Sternquist
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Community Services and Public Safety Supervisor Amaya, Senior Community Preservation Officer Tran
Captain Meza, Deputy Lam, Deputy Anchondo
- Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Mayor Sternquist. Seconded by Councilmember Chen.

A. QUALITY OF LIFE
Captain Meza shared that Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) Major Crimes will be working with federal agencies to develop a task force to address residential burglaries throughout Los Angeles County.
Deputy Lam provided an overview of the sex offender registrants, paroles, and probationers in the City for the month of February 2025.
