1. Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Regular Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember - Chavez, Chen, Yu, Man, Sternquist ABSENT: Councilmember - None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Chief Labor Attorney Delshad, City Clerk Kuo, Administrative Services Director Kung
3. PUBLIC COMMENT - None
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Conference with Labor Negotiator
Authority: Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Representative: City Attorney and City Manager
Employee Group: Temple City Employee Association,
Unrepresented General, Part-Time Employees
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:30 p.m. City Council reconvened with all members present at 7:16 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item 4A, "Labor Negotiation" and there is no reportable action. -
