1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 7:03 a.m. in the City Hall Community Room located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember - Chavez, Chen, Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember - Yu, Man
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Community Services and Public Safety Supervisor Amaya, Senior Community Preservation Officer Captain Meza, Deputy Anchondo, Deputy Felix
Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu and Mayor Pro Tem Man. Seconded by Councilmember Chen.

Deputy Felix provided an overview of the sex offender registrants, paroles, and probationers in the City for the month of July 2025.

Jerry Jambazian Temple City business owner, commented on the traffic enforcement being conducted around the city. He also thanked Deputy Anchondo for his service and congratulated him on his promotion to Sergeant.
