1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Chen called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 7: 01 a. m. in the City Hall Community Room located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember — Chavez, Sternquist, Chen
ABSENT: Councilmember — Yu, Man
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Community Services and Public Safety Supervisor Amaya, and Community Service Officer Carrillo
Captain Meza, Deputy Bui, Deputy Felix, Deputy Swartz
Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu and Mayor Man, seconded by Councilmember Sternquist.
