CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that the City Council met in Closed Session to discuss one matter of existing litigation, Item A. The City Council unanimously directed the City Attorney's Office to defend against the litigation. City Attorney Murphy stated that this defense will commence tomorrow.
