FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 VENTURA COUNTY PROPERTY TAX ROLL
City Council adopted Ordinance 1682-NS on October 12, 2021, establishing the wastewater rate structure. The City’s wastewater service charge consists of a fixed service charge per Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) based on customer classification type. The table below summarizes the current annual fixed wastewater charge assessed per single-family residential property.
