RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF THOUSAND OAKS ADOPTING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THOUSAND OAKS
MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (TOMA) AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2021-028
WHEREAS, the negotiations between the representatives of the City of Thousand Oaks (City) and the Thousand Oaks Management Association (TOMA) have resulted in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); and WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted for consideration of the City Council the attached comprehensive contract (Exhibit A), which supersedes all prior Memoranda of Understanding, Letters of Agreement or contrary provisions of the Salary Resolution, if any.
WHEREAS, the City Council has evaluated and considered said Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. This Resolution shall rescind and supersede those portions of Resolution No. 2021-028 pertaining to Thousand Oaks Management Association (TOMA).
Section 2. Adopts the MOU with TOMA.
Section 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry out all of the provisions as described in the attached comprehensive contract applicable to all professional employees effective July 1, 2023.

Section 4. Be it further resolved that the provisions of this Resolution shall become operative and in full force from and after July 1, 2023.
