Subject: Agreement for Contractor Services - Extension of Agreement Request (Dial-A Ride Services)
Dear Mr. Houser,
As you are aware, the agreement for contractor services with the City of Agoura Hills for Dial-A Ride services is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2023. The City of Agoura Hills desires to exercise its option to extend this agreement for an additional two-year term. Per Section 1 of the agreement:
The City may, with mutual consent of the Contractor, extend this Agreement for two additional terms of two-year[s] upon providing written notice of its intent to extend this Agreement to the Contractor
not less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the initial Term. Such extension shall
run concurrently with the Contractor's Agreement with its contracted Transit Operation Service Provider (Sub-contractor), Contract 12072-2019 and shall be at process and conditions mutually agreed to.
