We are currently watching the City of Thousand Oaks Comm unity Development Department meeting.
We are the homeowners at 418 Glenwood Place. We noticed that Building 5 is very close to our backyard. This will infringe on the privacy that we have cherished for years and the main reason we purchased the house in 1995.
Is there a retaining wall or trees that will provide us privacy from 3rd story windows facing our backyard?
