1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 2:04 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Committee Members present: Councilmember Al Adam and Councilmember C.
Tie Gutierrez. Also present from City staff: City Manager Andrew P. Powers, City Attorney Tracy Noonan, Assistant City Manager Ingrid Hardy, Deputy City Manager Akbar Alikhan, Finance Director Jaime Boscarino, Cultural & Community Services Director Jonathan Serret, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Nader Heydari, Deputy Finance Director Carrie Matson, Planning Division Manager Krystin Rice, Building Official Teodor Francu, Budget Officer Ryan Roman, Office Supervisor Julie Prince, Sr Financial Analyst Miguel Chavez . From Matrix Consulting Group were Courtney Ramos, S enior Vice President and Madison Dixson, Senior Consultant.
3. Public Comments – None.
4. FY 2025-26 and FY 2026-27 User Fees Update – Finance Director Jaime Boscarino and Budget Officer Ryan Roman presented an overview of the Draft FY 2025-26 and FY 2026- 27 User Fees. The User Fees Study Session is scheduled for the March 25, 2025, City Council meeting.
5. Next meeting date to be determined.
