1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Committee Members Present: Mayor David Newman and Councilmember Mikey Taylor. Also present: City Manager Andrew P. Powers, City Attorney Tracy Noonan (remote participation) , Assistant City Manager Ingrid Hardy, Finance Director Jaime Boscarino, Public Works Director Clifford G. Finley, Deputy Finance Director Carrie Matson, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Nader Heydari, Budget Officer Ryan Roman , Senior Financial Analyst Miguel Chavez (remote participation), and Office Supervisor Ester Marcelino (Recording Secretary).

4. Proposed FY 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Program Budget - Presented by Budget Officer Ryan Roman
Budget Officer Ryan Roman provided a powerpoint presentation and overview of the proposed FY 2025 -27 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget of $159.6M that includes 147 projects combined in FY 2025-26 and FY 2026-27.
This will be presented before City Council under Study Session, at its meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
