A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS DECLARING
INTENTION TO VACATE PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENTS IDENTIFIED AS INSTRUMENT NO.
46531 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, RECORDED ON
MAY 18, 1982, AND INSTRUMENT NO. 085024 OF
OFFICIAL RECORDS, RECORDED ON
SEPTEMBER 14, 1982
SECTION 1: This declaration of intention to vacate is made pursuant to Chapter 3 of Public Street, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law of the Streets and Highways Code § 8320, et. seq.
SECTION 2: The City of Thousand Oaks intends to vacate public service easements identified as Instrument No. 046531 of Official Records, recorded on May 18, 1982, and Instrument No. 085024 of Official Records, recorded on September 14, 1982.
SECTION 3: A complete description of the proposed vacation is available in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 4: A public hearing for all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be held on May 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the regular meeting of the City Council at Thousand Oaks City Hall, 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, California.
