GRANTOR hereby retains all access rights granted in that Easement Deed dated April 23, 2004 as Document #20040423-0110371 and recorded in the records of the County of Ventura, State of California; such rights being a right-of-way and easement for all of the purposes of constructing, using, owning, maintaining, repairing, removing, reconstructing, and operating wastewater facilities, slope support structure and other public facilities; with the right of ingress and egress to and from, in, on, over, under, and across the real property in the County of Ventura, State of California.
