Lauren Simi Valley. Have a busin11A - Downtown Thousa Neutral/Does Not Apply I support the Downtown Project and the improvements towards the future plan of Thousand Oaks.

I am in favor of the new city hall location being converted into hotel use. I believe this make for a great addition in the center of this property and will be great proximity for guests visiting the Kavli Theater.

I support the reconfiguration of the East Wing to make for the future home of City Hall.

With the relocation of the public market now being indoors. This will allow for year round use, without disruptions from the impact of the weather. I think an outdoor map along the Blvd. can help drive foot traffic from the Blvd.

I love the idea of a stand alone restaurant pad. Something similar to Crawford's or Tarantula Hill would be nice. I hope to see both indoor and outdoor seating in this open town square concept.

I support the culvert realignment, allowing for an improvement of use for TO Blvd.

In addition, I want to authorize City Manager to explore potential terms of disposition for 401/403 Hillcrest Drive property with Conejo Recreation and Park District (CRPD).

I encourage you to find that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3).
12A - 2025 Crossing Gua Opposed We need crossing guards for our children.

Thousand Oaks 12A - 2025 Crossing Gua Opposed As a parent of students at Ladera and an active PTA member who is very engaged in our school community, I am incredibly disappointed to hear about Ladera possibly losing its crossing guard coverage. We have many families who live in and around the school and use foot or bike transportation to arrive at school. Removal of the crossing guards will significantly increase the risk to these students.

Kelly Holguin Thousand Oaks 12A - 2025 Crossing Gua Opposed Ladera Stars is an elementary school near a busy street (Arboles). There are tons of children who rely on crossing guards to get to school and again to get home. It is unacceptable to put them in danger while doing so by removing crossing guards. I can’t imagine if there were to be an accident. It just doesn’t seem worth the risk to me. harmony hines-slattery Thousand Oaks 12A - 2025 Crossing Gua I am in favor of this item Please do not get rid of the crossing guards that support Ladera elementary. Arboles and plantas is such a busy intersection with only a stop sign regulating traffic.
